Priority Seating
Priority seating is reserved for use by people with disabilities or specific needs. If any patrons require seating for the evening, don’t hesitate to contact a staff member ahead of time to facilitate you, as we cannot guarantee seating for all guests.

Parking & Transit
The Old School House does not have a car park; however, street parking is available. It is an industrial area with free parking after 6 pm, close to a residential zone, so spaces are usually easy to find. Alternatively, Hull is a small city with taxis and buses available at the train station.

COVID 19
While government regulations do not require Passports or negative tests, we appreciate our guests ensuring they are negative, fit and healthy before attending KEN events to consider their fellow guests. Refunds can not be provided for COVID cases.
The Venue Layout
The Old School House is an old building with multiple accessibility issues in the form of one to three steps. This could cause problems for wheelchair users or those with mobility difficulties. The team at KEN are working towards providing well-lit, HSA-approved ramps for difficult access areas. We can also bring a British Sign Language interpreter if any patron tells us before the event.
Main Room
The venue consists of the main performance room with seating surrounding the stage. There is a bar and more seating with tables throughout. Thanks to our resident KEN DJ, this room becomes a dance floor when the cabaret ends. A raised area also provides seating and tables; it has low and few steps up to the tiers.
Dungeon
The Dungeon is connected to the main performance room, where every effort has been taken to increase privacy for a better play experience. Please do not move the privacy curtain, and only use the designated entrance to the Dungeon. A Dungeon Monitor will be on hand to let you in and show you the equipment.
Break Room
There is a break room, or safe space, towards the back of the venue where guests can relax away from loud music, with plenty of seating and a photo area.
Courtyard
The venue has a large, wheelchair-accessible, private outdoor area with sheltered areas.
Bathrooms
The Old School House has a disabled bathroom and gendered bathrooms. These are located in the entryway of the venue. KEN also supplies changing pods for those who wish to change at the venue in the break room towards the back.
