Frequently Asked Questions

Tickets

  • Our tickets are processed through the Eventbrite system and sent electronically. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received them within a few hours.

If this is still the case, or you’ve deleted/lost your email, contact us and include the name the tickets were ordered in & the email you want them sent to so we can do this manually.

In the unlikely case that the Eventbrite system is at fault or they process duplicate payments, please get in touch with them directly, as we are not responsible for this.

  • This is possible if you can no longer attend the event and wish to sell your ticket.

We use a scanning system for the tickets, so each person gets checked in electronically. This means each key can only be used ONCE.

In the unlikely event you have purchased a ticket from someone who has already been used/checked in, we are not responsible for issuing refunds, and you will not be granted entry to the event.

No refunds are given on completed ticket orders.

    View our refund policy.

  • Yes, we are often a sell-out event and only offer Courtyard tickets on the door.

  • Tickets are sold as non-refundable. We do not accept returns or transfer tickets.

  • Once an event is sold out it means we are full to capacity. There will be no tickets available unless they become available for sale from a previous guest.

Dress Code

  • As always, dressing to impress is vital and we encourage our guests to wear something that fits in with the event theme.

We love having an environment where everyone has made an effort to get dressed up for an evening of fun. Express yourself and wear your outfit with pride!

Latex, leather, creative costumes, men’s suits, corsets, dresses and fetish attire are all welcome!

Strictly NO blue jeans & white trainers, basic streetwear, or full nudity.

If you're unsure about your outfit, feel free to contact us before the event to check. Click here to go to our contact form

  • We always try to make sure there is a cloakroom at our events. Please note although our cloakrooms are staffed, and we try our best to keep your items safe, they are left at your own risk

  • As it says in the dress code, we expect full head-to-toe fetish outfits, and this means footwear to match! However, we do appreciate that you may wish to wear more comfortable shoes for dancing. In this case, plain flat shoes are acceptable, so long as the rest of your outfit is full fetish, and your shoes do not distract from this!

Your gym trainers, old Converse, flip flops, muddy walking boots or beach sandals are definitely NOT suitable for wearing to the club.

  • Yes! You can message us on Instagram up until the day before the party that you are coming to for us to let you know if you’re outfit will pass the dress code. There is no need to risk being turned away on the night. We are more than happy to chat through outfit options with you.

  • Yes, every party we do has the same kind of cloakroom that you would find at any nightclub. You check in coats and bags when you arrive, then check them out again when you leave.

  • You can change once you arrive if you aren’t comfortable travelling in your outfit. The dress code staff at the door will need to see your bag at the door, and we have a second tier of dress code staff inside the club, so please have it easily accessible to show them if you won’t already be wearing it.

We have a specific changing area at all our events, but customers are welcome to change in the toilets before going into the main club. To help make it easier to get changed once at the event, we recommend wearing as much of your outfit under your regular clothes as possible, and then you can easily give a quick flash to the door staff on entry to the club.

Photography

  • In the interest of discretion, we do not allow guests to take photos outside the official photo areas at our events. If you are seen taking photos of the crowd or playrooms, you will be asked to leave. We have official photographers at all of our parties who will be more than happy to snap you and your friends. The dedicated photo areas are always well signposted & usually double up as a latex shine area.

Please bear in mind that these photos will be posted on social media pages and our website, so if you’re not happy appearing there, please don’t ask for a photo.

  • NO! We are a kink event, and to protect customer privacy we do not allow customers to take photos (even of themselves, it would be impossible for us to police this if people could take selfies).

We do have official photographers who take photos at our parties. They will check with you before snapping you, so if you don’t want to be caught on camera, just say no! We post galleries onto our Facebook Group and website as we receive them from the photographers (generally 5 days – 2 weeks after a party), and also post select photos on Instagram and Facebook for marketing. If you are caught taking photos inside the club, we will ask to search your device and you may be asked to leave.

We have a photo room where it is safe for you to take selfies.

  • Yes, we understand a lot of you need your phones with you in case of issues with babysitters/ work or for accessibility needs. That’s fine! We just ask that if you need to check your phone, you do so discretely, and out of the way of other customers! Please remember that this is a luxury environment, and having your phone out constantly will ruin the night for others!
